To try to blog at least two months in Norway, the trip has been subdivided. Norway South (the fylke, or regions of Agder , Telemark and Innlandet up to 61.3 North), then Norway Central (Dovrefjell and Trondelag) then Norway Haugeland and more to follow.
First stop after travelling across Agder, was Brufoss.

Then on to just beyond Lilliehammer and a night parking at a farm worked by friends.

Next day to Muen, a bald mountain on the plateau between this valley and the next.

Back at the van, we were delighted by first views of bluethroat (a type of thrush bird). This species became something of a theme for the next few days.
We crossed to Jotunheim, a renowned mountain area, and had a couple of very enjoyable days.

We had a mountain day on Veslfjellet, and a visit to the famous Besseggen ridge.

This adventure capped our stay in southern Norway, and next day we moved north to Dovrefjell.
